- New Employee Onboarding Training: Design, deliver, and facilitate comprehensive onboarding training programs for new Presales team members, covering product knowledge, sales processes, tools, best practices, and Microsoft ecosystem specifics to ensure quick ramp-up and productivity.
- Refresh / On-the-Job Training: Identify skill gaps and operational issues through feedback from Sales Coaches and QA teams during daily operations; organize and conduct targeted refresh training sessions (including on-the-job training) to address these issues and improve team performance.
- Microsoft Joint Meetings & Knowledge Sharing: Actively participate in regular joint meetings with Microsoft to stay updated on the latest product updates, process changes, and best practices; facilitate team-wide learning sessions to disseminate this knowledge effectively across the Presales team.
- Training Program Development & Improvement: Continuously update training materials, modules, and curricula based on evolving Presales requirements, Microsoft updates, and performance data to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
- Training Delivery & Facilitation: Deliver training through various formats (classroom, virtual, workshops, hands-on sessions) while ensuring high engagement, knowledge retention, and measurable learning outcomes.
- Performance Tracking & Feedback: Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments, feedback surveys, and post-training performance reviews; collaborate with Sales Coaches and - QA to refine training approaches.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with management team and Microsoft team to align training content with business goals, operational needs, and compliance standards.

- 1 - 3 yoe of relevant experience in Customer Service/BPO/Call Center
- Fluency in Chinese (HSK5/6)
- Experience in Pre-sales/Telesales is a strong plus (nice to have)
