Mô tả công việc
* C&B support:
- Support in staffing new employee and updating employee information
- Prepare welfare benefit for employee (make payment, prepare gifts)
* Recruitment support:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates based on departmental needs
- Support in arranging interview schedule
* Korean communication:
- Provide interpretation during meetings, internal events, recruitment, and daily working activities among team members and Korean management/HQ.
- Translate documents (reports, contracts, evaluation sheet,...) from Korean to Vietnamese and vice versa.
* Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Korean Studies or a related field.
* Language Requirements:
- Fluent in Korean (TOPIK Level 4 or above preferred).
- Strong English communication skills is a plus
* Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Personal Attributes:
+ Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Language Requirements:
- Fluent in Korean (TOPIK Level 4 or above preferred).
