Mô tả công việc
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing, to onboarding.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, define job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Maintain accurate data on hiring timelines, and manage information of new employees
- Liaise with selected candidates, negotiate salary and benefits, and coordinate contract preparation with HR.
- Manage Recruitment channels such as Facebook fanpage, Website and other resources.
- Manage relationship and collaboration between Woori Bank Vietnam and other partners (Corporate partners, universities,...)
- Other tasks as assigned by managers.

Yêu cầu công việc
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or general HR is highly preferred. Candidates who have managed or supported full-cycle recruitment processes will have a strong advantage.
Fluency in English or Korean is required, including strong written and verbal communication skills in one of these languages. The ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external candidates in a professional manner is essential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, candidates, and external partners.
A high level of proactiveness, with the ability to take initiative, anticipate hiring needs, and act independently when necessary.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
A hardworking and responsible attitude, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
