We are currently recruiting for the position of Customer Service to support the company. Below are the details of the position:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Provide accurate and satisfactory answers to customer queries/ concerns via phone, email, webchat, Linkedin, [protected info] other social media interactions within service level agreement.
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Make follow-up calls to inform customers about further response or checking to make sure all their issues are successfully handled.
• Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics, understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service
• Keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way
• Complete all required training courses to expand knowledge and performance level
• Support stores and other departments in matters related to Customer Services
• Do survey via calling to better understand customer insight and behavior
• Comply with the Company's processes, procedures, regulations, and standards
• Implement other tasks at line manager assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum 6 months experience in customer service/call center/ receptionist/secretary
English proficiency at 4 skills. Candidates with one of the following languages: Korean, Japanese, Chinese at intermediate level does not required high level of English
Proficient in using Excels is preferred
Good situation handling, listening and communication skills
Good writing and communication skills, good tasks, and time management skills
