Creator Community Development
Onboard a set number of active creators each quarter.
Maintain creator retention rate (KOC/UGC continuing collaboration).
Monitor creator satisfaction through feedback scores.
Trend Research & Adaptation
Research beauty trends across platforms (TikTok, Shopee Live, Instagram).
Propose and adapt trend-relevant livestream and content ideas aligned with LG VINA's brand direction.
Livestream Planning & Coordination
Build livestream schedules aligned with campaign calendars and product launches.
Coordinate with KOLs/KOCs/creators and internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Sample Management
Approve and manage sample requests for KOC/UGC creators.
Oversee product delivery, usage tracking, and returns.
Ensure smooth logistics and proper documentation.
Execution & Monitoring
Provide operational support during livestreams and monitor real-time performance.
Consolidate post-livestream reports covering traffic, sales, and engagement.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve future livestream results.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or related fields.
Experience in e-commerce, livestreaming, or influencer marketing is preferred.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of beauty/skincare industry trends is a plus.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
Strong ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
Team player with a passion for digital content and livestream commerce.
