Mô tả công việc
Support the preparation, filing, and maintenance of engineering documents, reports, and records.
Assist in updating maintenance logs, work orders, equipment records, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Help monitor and organize departmental supplies, tools, and inventory records.
Coordinate with other hotel departments regarding maintenance requests and work order follow-ups.
Assist in preparing reports related to engineering operations, equipment maintenance, and energy consumption.
Ensure that documents and records are properly organized and maintained.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Problem solving and organizational abilities.
Proficient in the use of computer.
Good English skills, especially in reading & writing.
Be customer - oriented.
Be passionate in hospitality & delivering luxury services.
