Position Summary
As an Experience Specialist, you will be the face of the store, welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through product discovery and purchase. You will deliver a premium in-store experience, drive sales conversion, and support daily store operations to ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Engagement
Greet customers, actively listen to their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Share product knowledge and demonstrate key features to create an engaging experience.
Collect customer information (in line with privacy guidelines) and follow up to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
Sales & Conversion
Recommend products and promotions to meet customer needs and drive sales.
Assist customers through the full purchase journey, from selection to payment.
Transaction & Payment Handling
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
Ensure customers receive necessary notifications regarding their purchase.
Store Environment & Maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment
Check and reset experience zones to ensure products are functioning and ready for demonstration.
Delivery & Fulfillment
Process delivery orders, prepare shipping receipts, and inform customers of delivery schedules.
Team Support
Collaborate with team members to meet store KPIs.
Participate in training sessions and actively apply learnings to enhance service quality.

Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible schedules (weekends, evenings, holidays).
Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
