I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Prepare payment for office administration: water, stationery, gasoline, pest control, postage...
Follow stock of stationery, and uniform.
Support in organizing internal events: birthdays, working anniversaries, happy hours...
Prepare and Support welcome new members in the recruitment process.
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Education and Knowledge
Senior student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Understanding of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word.
Experiences
Working experience in administration intern, and other related positions is preferable.
Skills and Abilities
Technical skills: Expert in using Excel.
Attention to detail: a keen eye for detail to ensure that the stationery stock is enough.
Adaptability: be able to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
