The role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and provide invaluable support to our HR department. Your role will involve performing a variety of HR functions, including supporting internal communication, internal events, operation administrative and employer branding tasks.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in HR operations and gain insight into our company's mission and vision.
What you'll be doing:
1. Office Operations (80%)
Maintain office supplies, including medicine, pantry items, and stationery. Ensure stock is refilled when needed.
Coordinate small purchases using company cards or via office assistant; handle receipts and VAT invoices.
Monitor and order drinking water refills; coordinate with suppliers and process payments.
Work with the tea lady and cleaning staff to ensure the office is tidy and ready for visits.
Manage document delivery and receipt using courier services (247 Express, GHN), and support related logistics.
2. Engagement Activities (20%)
Support HR team in organizing monthly team events and office celebrations, in alignment with the Saigon office.
Coordinate with local venues for small-scale events; assist in customizing activities to suit Hanoi office needs.
Be the communication bridge to cascade HR plans and events to Hanoi employees.
Requirements
Open for fresher, 3rd or 4th year university student, can work part-time at least 24 hours per week or full time from Mon - Fri.
Organizational skills and able to do multitasking
Hard working with "can-do" attitude
Vietnamese with English proficiency
Discretion and trustworthiness
Good oral and written communication skills
Able to use some basic editing tools like Canva, Capcut...
