JOB DESCRIPTION
Support daily store operations: handle orders, arrange work shifts, monitor inventory, and coordinate deliveries.
Collaborate with the team to maintain the store's cleanliness, organization, and adherence to brand standards.
Assist in supervising and guiding store staff: learn to delegate tasks, support training, and track performance.
Work with related departments (Sales, Florist, Operations) to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Contribute ideas to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduated (or about to graduate) in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
A passion for the retail, F&B, or floral industry is a plus.
Proactive, hard-working, eager to learn, with logical thinking and a structured working style.
Good English communication skills.
