Job Description
FPT Digital is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support core human resources functions, including recruitment, HR operations, and HRBP-related tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to grow their HR career in a dynamic and fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
Draft job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Joboko, Facebook, etc.).
Screen CVs, arrange interviews, and manage candidate communications.
Support interview logistics and maintain recruitment data and reports.
Assist in employer branding activities and campus recruitment programs.
2. HR Operations & Contract Management
Prepare and manage labor contracts, employee records, and personnel files.
Support onboarding processes, including document collection, welcome kit preparation, and system setup.
Handle administrative HR tasks such as social insurance registration and internal requests.
3. HRBP Support
Collaborate with departments to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with HR procedures.
Assist in internal communications, engagement activities, and employee feedback initiatives.
Support data tracking and HR reports to help improve employee experience and performance insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (internships are acceptable).
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
Eager to learn, with a solution-oriented and collaborative mindset.
