Mô tả công việc
Support in organizing and coordinating training programs, including internal workshops, onboarding and training sessions.
Support preparation of training materials, logistics, and class coordination.
Support in developing learning materials such as training slides (PowerPoint), handouts and learning guides, internal learning communication content.
Assist in structuring content to ensure clarity, engagement, and learner-friendly experience.
Support designing simple learning activities to enhance engagement during training sessions.
Design simple learning materials using PowerPoint, Canva or similar tools, including training slides, learning infographics/videos.
Assist in tracking training participation and maintaining learning records.

Undergraduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Communications or related fields.
Good writing and communication skills in Vietnamese and English.

Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
