1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Support recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring and smooth onboarding.
Post job openings on recruitment platforms and internal channels.
Screen applications based on predefined criteria and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare onboarding documents and assist in organizing orientation sessions for new hires.
2. Payroll & Benefits Administration
Support payroll preparation and ensure data accuracy.
Collect and consolidate attendance records, leave data, and other payroll inputs.
Prepare payroll input files and supporting documents for monthly salary processing.
Support registration of Personal Income Tax (PIT) codes for employees.
Support social insurance (BHXH) procedures, including adjustment of employee records (training will be provided if required).
Assist in communicating benefits information and responding to basic employee inquiries.
3. Employee Relations & Compliance
Support updating HR policies and employee handbook documents.
Act as a contact point for routine HR administrative questions and escalate complex matters when necessary.
Assist in ensuring HR documentation is properly filed and compliant with internal policies.
4. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
Prepare labor contracts, annexes, and related HR documentation.
Track probation evaluation timelines and contract renewals.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance review logistics.
Support HR reports and internal data consolidation when required.

1. Must-Haves
0-1 year of experience in HR administration, recruitment support, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome).
Basic to intermediate level of English proficiency (able to read and respond to emails, handle simple HR documentation).
Good understanding of basic HR processes such as recruitment coordination, payroll data preparation, and HR documentation.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
Careful, detail-oriented mindset, especially when handling employee data and payroll inputs.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office tools.
2. Nice-to-Have
Internship experience in HR or administrative roles.
Basic knowledge of labor regulations, social insurance (BHXH), or personal income tax procedures.
Experience working in a technology company or fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with HR systems or payroll software (training will be provided if required).
3. Soft Skills
Clear and professional communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Responsible and trustworthy when handling confidential employee information.
Willingness to learn and proactively improve HR knowledge and skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments.
