Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist
Salary: VND 15,000,000-17,000,000/month (Gross)
Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Specialist to help maintain and improve customer service quality across our operations. In this role, you will evaluate customer interactions, monitor agent performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate customer interactions against established quality standards.
Monitor compliance with company policies, SOPs, and service guidelines.
Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide constructive feedback to support agent development and performance improvement.
Analyze quality results and collaborate with relevant teams to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
Experience in Quality Assurance, Call Center, Customer Service, or BPO is preferred.
Good English communication and comprehension skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to evaluate performance objectively and provide constructive feedback.
Familiarity with QA Score, SOPs, KPIs, AHT, or CSAT is an advantage.

9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Call Agent - Customer Service
Salary: VND 15,000,000-17,000,000/month (Gross)
Role Description
We are seeking English-speaking Call Agents to support U.S.-based customers with their service needs. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, problem-solving, and delivering a positive customer experience in an international working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from U.S.-based customers.
Assist with customer inquiries, service requests, and account updates.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues professionally.
Document customer interactions and follow established procedures.
Maintain service quality and meet assigned performance requirements.
Qualifications
Good English communication skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are welcome.
No English certificate required if communication skills meet job requirements.
Willingness to work night shifts.

10:00 PM-7:00 AM or 11:00 PM-8:00 AM
