Assist in posting job advertisements and screening candidate resumes for store staff positions;
Contact candidates to schedule interviews and confirm information.
Support the organization of interviews and record recruitment results.
Assist in data entry and updating candidate information in the management system.
Coordinate with the team to implement other recruitment activities (career fairs, internship programs, etc.).
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
